You will be responsible for your client throughout their patient journey; you role is to ensure that we meet their individual needs. Your experience will cover Account Management and Sales in a customer facing position with the ability to handle ‘phone and email enquiries, turn customer enquiries into new business and produce quotations for clients ensuring all quotations are followed up. To identify new sales opportunities with existing clients and be prepared to undertake telemarketing activities. To research products suitable for clients. PC literate with MS Outlook and Word (used daily). You will be highly focused, motivated, articulate, enjoy working in a small team. Be able to work with the minimum of supervision and have excellent business acumen. Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs. As it is often necessary to work with large amounts of data, your experience in data manipulation and analysis would be useful with a good knowledge of Excel and/or Access. Also your experience of internet browsing and searching will also be beneficial. For the successful candidate this is very much an expanding role that will allow a motivated individual to excel. The basic salary will be around £20K (dependent on experience) with an uncapped bonus offered after a qualifying period of 6 months and OTE can be expected in the region of £24-26K. |
